1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gojokpot ("gojokpot," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the gojokpot website located at gojokpot.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by gojokpot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the gojokpot Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gojokpot, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the gojokpot Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by gojokpot or any applicable regulatory authority.

gojokpot reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, and any winnings or balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of gojokpot services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the gojokpot Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gojokpot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC Verification: gojokpot applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Suspension: gojokpot reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

gojokpot supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of KYC procedures. gojokpot aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier section.
• gojokpot does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gojokpot accepts no responsibility.
• All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• gojokpot reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance in cases where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Funds deposited into your gojokpot account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gojokpot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. gojokpot reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• gojokpot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gojokpot Platform are governed by the following general gameplay rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical processes conducted by trained dealers. gojokpot does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, gojokpot will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its state prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded.
• gojokpot reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or any other technical issue that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. gojokpot is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gojokpot Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to gojokpot support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward gojokpot staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

gojokpot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: gojokpot strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players, in line with Philippine gaming regulations.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings to help manage their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gojokpot Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of gojokpot or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from gojokpot.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without gojokpot's express written consent.
• Use the gojokpot name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gojokpot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

gojokpot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gojokpot account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. gojokpot collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

gojokpot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting gojokpot customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the gojokpot Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent gojokpot from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Amendments to These Terms

gojokpot reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, gojokpot will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
